rewardU Program – Terms & Conditions

• • Program Overview
    • 1.1. rewardU Points is a loyalty program run by SpacesbyU (Spacetech Developers Private Limited) for purchases made on our official website.
    • 1.2. By signing up and/or using rewardU Points, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  • By signing up for a SpacesbyU account and/or the rewardU program, you agree to receive transactional and marketing communication from SpacesbyU via email, SMS and WhatsApp. You may unsubscribe anytime.
  • These rewardU Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on spacesbyu.com. In case of any inconsistency, the Website Terms of Service shall prevail.
  • Eligibility & Account
    • 2.1. The program is open to individuals creating an account on the SpacesbyU website with a valid email ID and mobile number.
    • 2.2. One rewardU account is allowed per email ID & phone number. The same email ID & phone number must be used to check and redeem your rewardU Points.
  • Earning Points
    • 3.1. rewardU Points on Successful Sign-Up:
      • New users will receive 250 rewardU Points as a sign-up bonus, credited to their account after successful registration.
      • The number of points awarded under any offer (including sign-up bonus or promotional campaigns) may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Company, without prior notice.
      • Additional rewardU Points may be awarded from time to time on specific promotions, products, or campaigns as decided by the Company.
    • 3.2. rewardU Points on Successful Order Completion:
      • On successful completion of an eligible order placed on the SpacesbyU website, the User will earn rewardU Points equivalent to 2% of the order transaction value, unless otherwise specified.
      • For the purpose of these Terms, “successful completion” means that the order has been delivered, marked as complete in the Company’s system, and a completion email has been sent to the User. rewardU Points for such orders will be credited to the User’s rewardU account within a reasonable time after order completion.
      • rewardU Points earned under this 2% benefit can be used only on subsequent purchases and cannot be applied to the same order on which they were earned.
      • The rate at which rewardU Points are earned on orders (including the 2% rate referred to above) may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Company, without prior notice.
    • 3.3. rewardU Points on Successful Review:
      • Subject to these Terms, the Company may award 300 rewardU Points for submitting genuine product feedback/reviews on an order that has been successfully completed.
      • Feedback/reviews will be reviewed and moderated by the Company to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service, User Content Policy and applicable laws. Only feedback that is approved by the Company will be eligible for the 300 rewardU Points. Once approved, the Points shall be credited to the User’s rewardU account within a reasonable time and can be used on subsequent purchases.
      • A maximum of one feedback reward (300 rewardU Points) may be awarded per eligible order, irrespective of the number of reviews or edits submitted.
      • The Company reserves the right to withhold, deny, or reverse feedback-related rewardU Points in cases of spam, non-genuine or incentivised reviews, duplicate accounts, violation of the Terms of Service, or any misuse of the program. The number of Points offered for feedback (currently 300) may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Company, without prior notice.
  • Value of Points
    • 4.1. Each 1 rewardU Point = ₹1 in value.
    • 4.2. rewardU Points have no cash value and cannot be encashed, transferred, or exchanged for money or credit to any bank account/wallet.
  • Redemption of Points
    • 5.1. rewardU Points can be redeemed only on purchases made on the SpacesbyU website, subject to the Terms & Conditions and any additional offer-specific terms.
    • 5.2. Redemption Cap:
      • The maximum rewardU Points that can be redeemed on any product/order is limited to a percentage of the order value as determined by the Company from time to time (currently between 2% and 2.5% of the order value, depending on the applicable offer). The applicable maximum redeemable Points for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout.
    • 5.3. If your rewardU Points balance is lower than the maximum redeemable limit, you may redeem only up to the available balance.
    • 5.4. rewardU Points cannot be used towards shipping charges, installation charges, or any other fees, unless explicitly mentioned on the offer or checkout page.
    • 5.5. The Company may, at its discretion, restrict or modify which products/categories are eligible for redemption.
  • Checking Your Points Balance
    • 6.1. You can view your available rewardU Points by logging into your account on the SpacesbyU website using the same email ID & phone number used at sign up.
  • Validity & Expiry
    • 7.1. The Company may define validity periods or expiry dates for rewardU Points, which will be communicated on the website or offer page from time to time.
    • 7.2. Expired points, if any, will not be reinstated.
  • Order Cancellations & Adjustments
    • 8.1. In case of order cancellation, full or partial refund, or non-delivery, any rewardU Points redeemed on that order will not be re-credited to the User’s account.
  • Misuse
    • 9.1. The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse rewardU Points in cases of suspected duplicate accounts, or any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
    • 9.2. The Company’s decision on such matters will be final and binding.
  • Program Changes & Termination
    • 10.1. The rewardU Points program, including earning rates, redemption rules, caps (such as the 2.5% limit), and all other features, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company, without prior notice.
    • 10.2. Continued use of the program after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • 11.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the suspension, variation, or termination of the rewardU Points program or from any technical issues affecting points credit or redemption.
