RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

- Returns are not acceptable on products which have been sold.
- If you receive a damaged item, it’s important to inform us immediately. We might ask for photographic or video evidence of the damage. It’s essential to report any damage that can be noticed upon initial inspection within three days of receipt of delivery. Reports of physical damage made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
- Replacement are only accepted for damaged, defective, items with missing parts or items not as described. In case of this, replacement of product or parts of the product shall be provided post verification.

WARRANTY DETAILS:

Warranty Coverage:
1 year warranty is limited on manufacturing defects only. Original purchase invoice shall be presented at the time of service for warranty confirmation. The warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty shall not cover:
- Damages due to impacts, mishandling, improper installation/dismantling, not following the installation manual, accidents, fire or any event occurred due to act of God
- Not following care instructions
- Normal wear and tear over time including discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or water
- Grain variations in the material
- Cuts or scratches
- The product’s color/material finish may exhibit slight difference when compared to the image on your screen, primarily stemming from factors such as lighting, pixel quality, and color settings.
- Glue lines or other issues arising from the natural characteristics of wood are not considered defects and are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Due to variations in floor levels and surface conditions, a product irregularity of up to 5 mm should be anticipated.
- No warranty on glass, upholstery or soft fabric material including cushions and covers shall be applicable.
