INSTALLATION
At SpacesbyU, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free installation experience for our customers. This installation policy outlines the terms under which installation services are provided.
Free Installation
SpacesbyU offers free installation services in over 10,000 pin codes across India. For locations eligible for free installation, the service will be conducted by authorized installation partners. Installation is generally completed within two to three working days after the product delivery day. The installation team will contact customers prior to the scheduled visit to confirm the installation appointment.
SpacesbyU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide free installation on selected products based on ongoing offers or promotional activities. Such offers will be reflected on the website for specific products without prior notification or separate communication.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Assembly
For locations not covered under the free installation service, the product will be delivered under the “Do-It-Yourself” (DIY) assembly format. All DIY products are designed to enable easy self-assembly and are accompanied by a detailed installation manual. The manual includes step-by-step instructions and pictorial representations for better understanding. Pre-performed drills or machining operations are included where necessary to ease the installation process. Additionally, certain components may be pre-assembled, depending on the product specifications. Customers are advised to refer to the individual product pages for specific assembly details.
Knock Down Packaging
All products, whether eligible for free installation or DIY assembly, are delivered in a “Knock Down” (flat-packaged) condition. Assembly is required after delivery, and the necessary hardware and assembly manual are provided along with the product.
